In 2003 Nicole Kidman became the new face of Chanel. Since then, she has been representing this luxury house appearing especially in Chanel No.5 commercials. Channel No.5 is the top selling fragrance in the world. I believe that Nicole Kidman was chosen by Chanel house because she is a beautiful and famous Hollywood actress. Besides her movies, she is also popular because of her marriage to Tom Cruise. I think she is suitable for Chanel fragrance commercials because she is not only beautiful and a movie star but also a fashion icon.

Citizen brand

The Citizen brand is a famous watches producer. Citizen means cetatean in Romanian. But you can’t go to a shop and say you want to buy a “ cetatean watch”. In  Romanian this word  means the same thing as in English but  it has not the same echo. When we hear the word citizen we automatically think of the watches.

They made this word famous. It can be translated in any language but it will never have the same echo as in English.

What I did this summer.

This summer I went in the Fagaras Mountains where there is the most famous road of Romania, the Transfagarasan Road.
This road is at a very high altitude, one of the highest in Europe. It is at 2042 meters .I went until 2000 meters and I can say that the scenery watched from the clouds was absolutely beautiful. There I also saw the Balea Fall and the Balea ice lake .All the   wonders   of nature I saw there seem to be of an almost unreal beauty.

If you want to visit a really spectacular place, I strongly recommend you the Transfagarasan  Road.
